Boil beans for 5 minutes, then cool
boil cubed potatoes (drain)
Chop a small onion
Place green or yellow beans in large bowl
Add can of either kidney, garbonzo, or lima beans
Add cooked (cool) potatoes
2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix thoroughly and serve. Refrigerate leftovers after eating. Mixture tastes better day 2!
