Spring fertilizing shrubs, trees and veggies as seen on PTL
For this week’s Pittsburgh Today Live show I demonstrate how to fertilize shrubs, trees and other plants in the vegetable garden. I’m using two different fertilizers from Espoma. Just a reminder, I’m using those products because I love them and have used the Hollytone for many decades.
It’s important to feed plants this time of the year and get them off to a good start.

Where can I find a dogwood kousa bush I use to have one in my back yard at my old house and loved it I have looked at Lowe’s and Home Depot but they only have dogwood trees
Hi Patricia,
Go to your local garden center or nursery, they will either have what you need or can order it. They go up to the big growers up on Lake Erie here and there and could bring exactly what you would like back with them.
